Fenton’s San Francisco office is seeking a motivated, savvy, self-starter and highly organized IT & technology assistant to join our operations team on a part-time basis (24 hours each week with flexible schedule). The position will support the San Francisco office’s local users as well as helping with cross-office IT needs and executing support tickets for Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, D.C., staff.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service as a first point of contact for on-site and remote staff.
  • Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software for a variety of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Assist Help Desk customers with troubleshooting of technology-related issues such as virus removal, password resets, email setup, software updates, and cloud storage files.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed and pending jobs using the Help Desk ticketing system.
