Fenton is thrilled to announce today our partnership with the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, a university-based research center with more than 370 corporate members around the world. Fenton will provide real-time video coverage during next week’s 2011 International Corporate Citizenship Conference, which takes place in Minneapolis, April 10- 12. Our collaborative project, called SHARE, will feature the Fenton news crew interviewing conference speakers and attendees throughout the sold-out three day event.
“We invite the experts attending the conference to use SHARE to offer their ideas and insights on what they’re learning from their colleagues and from the practices their own companies are implementing,” said Katherine V. Smith, Executive Director of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship. “It will create a great record of the insights we’ll be sharing during these three days that will be accessible to the wider community of corporate citizenship professionals.”
Insights on timely corporate citizenship issues will be captured and posted throughout the conference via YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. By showcasing this program, @BCCCC and Fenton are extending the conversations beyond the conference hall and meeting rooms and making them widely available to the world!
This year’s conference will feature corporate speakers such as Best Buy’s CEO Brian Dunn and technology experts such as Joe Green, co-founder of Causes, the popular Facebook application, as well as other industry leaders, provocative thinkers and a community of practitioners from brands including Avon Products, Campbell Soup Company, FedEx, General Mills, Medtronic and Altria, who lead their industries in driving change and revenue through corporate citizenship. Watch this space next week for lots of quality discussion and insights.
