Chelsea Brownridge’s background is most recently in nonprofit management but she also brings to Fenton experience in financial management and recruitment consulting for the private sector. She specializes in culture program development, focusing on building innovative and creative cultures for organizations in the social impact space.

Prior to Fenton, Brownridge worked at Ashoka—Innovators for the Public, a nonprofit building the global citizen sector through a fellowship of social entrepreneurs. As the operations and culture manager for Ashoka Changemakers’ program and a member of the senior leadership team, she focused on organizational culture development, talent recruitment, financial management and securing new business leads. She has also worked for IBM as a financial management consultant and for Robert Half International as a recruitment consultant. She is most interested in creating organizational structures and partnerships that break down the boundaries between the private and public sectors to collaboratively work towards a common social good.

Brownridge graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.A. in economics and a minor in environmental studies and is currently attending NYU’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service part time in pursuit of a masters of public administration specializing in management.
